You NEED to add INCREDIBLE TINY HOMES in Newport, Tennessee over 200 lots @$200 dollars a month and 160 acres across the road on the mountain in a resort- like wooded setting @$300 a month. Randy Jones is the BOMB! Check it out.

    Illinois???

  16. @Brineytoes on February 25, 2025 at 7:58 pm

NO one in their right mind would consider moving to California or Michigan with their highly punitive political situation and Cali’s breath-stopping prices!! There is a reason LA has 70,000 homeless! There are a million people living in RVs in Florida, waiting for their new homes to be built. Guess where they are coming from!

  17. @TejanaDama on February 25, 2025 at 7:59 pm

The last one was AUSTIN, not Spur.

  18. @cshaw9083 on February 25, 2025 at 7:59 pm

Did you say the random no where named ‘ Spur’ has special requirements? This is a perfect example of the real reason societal issues like homelessness never get fixed. Forget what is said in National Politics. It’s all of the random, idiotic ‘ Spurs’ of the world making up their own ‘ special requirements’ that screw everything up. Can you imagine all the bs these jackasses caused when the interstate highway system was being built ? Thousands upon thousands of moronic red tape warriors declaring their importance. It’s rarely mentioned, but if there’s an amendment that needs to be repealed, it’s the 10th. Because it allows this nonsense to go on and on and on….

Is there a Tiny House Community in Santa Fe, NM?

  22. @mlind7717 on February 25, 2025 at 8:04 pm

Would be totally nice if you slow down a little bit and let us write down some of the stuff. Some of us are actually looking to try and find a relocation spot for tiny homes. Some information like contact info for some of these would be great.🙃

  23. @beckysnelson52 on February 25, 2025 at 8:05 pm

I’m interested in Lakeside, Arizona, and Newport, Tennessee.

  24. @Dragondaughter9 on February 25, 2025 at 8:10 pm

the michigan one you showed is just an rv park. the tiny house village in TC is still unaffordable.

  25. @tonystinyhomes on February 25, 2025 at 8:11 pm

    Amazing info

  26. @pattimoseman4083 on February 25, 2025 at 8:11 pm

I I want to own my own lot, not pay rent, which can increase. I want to landscape MY place, not someone else’s.

    Ohio

  28. @abundantlyclear on February 25, 2025 at 8:13 pm

You left out Incredible Tiny Homes and their 5 tiny house communities, with more to come.

  29. @i.c.c.3811 on February 25, 2025 at 8:14 pm

You didn’t mention Austin TX they have a good one

  30. @RaysForDays on February 25, 2025 at 8:15 pm

Do the communities have to list it as a campground? How do they zone it so that its not short term?

  31. @Pthommie on February 25, 2025 at 8:16 pm

I’d think very carefully about placing any dwelling in any woodland in the West. There are literally dozens of wildfires burning in California & the fire season now is never-ending.

  32. @sharonmenzel7791 on February 25, 2025 at 8:17 pm

Those aren’t tiny homes, those are rv’s. And rv parks let’s keep them apart please. Tiny homes are little houses that can be pulled by a truck, or big homes too

  33. @TheSushmaHomeSellingTeam on February 25, 2025 at 8:19 pm

These are all entertaining and informative at the same time, thanks for sharing 😉✨

the BIGGEST tiny home community in the country is located in NEWPORT TENNESSEE, very close to the North Carolina border. its called Incredible Tiny Homes. they are a tiny home builder as well as a community. currently they have over 200 of their own occupied tiny homes located on their properties. its one big property divided into 4 communities, The Forrest, The Grove, The Beach and The Prairie. each of these 4 communities is $200 a month lot rent. they are also in the process of finishing up 2 new communities across the street. one called The Mountain, located on the mountain, and the other one called Buffalo Creek, which is located in a valley/holler, of the mountain, on a portion of 126 acres, so much more land to develope . when these are done they will rent for $300 a month. once all the communities are completed there will be well over 400 home sites, and they will continue to grow from there. The Mountain and Buffalo Creek are located across the street from the other 4 communities and the factory. Incredible Tiny Homes ONLY allows tiny homes built by Incredible Tiny Homes to reside in their communities. NO OTHER TINY HOME COMMUNITY offers a lot for the same low cost as Incredible Tiny Homes. their home prices range from $19,900 up to $ 159,900, plus any added extras you choose. they offer delivery all over the lower 48 states AND Canada. they currently have tiny homes all over the us and even in Canada. contact them at 423-438-0111. or at sales@incredibletinyhomes.com, or info@incredibletinyhomes.com they are working to offer other tiny home communities in other states, a work in progress. if you are serious about getting information or interested in buying a tiny home, check them out. it doesnt hurt to ask questions. OR if you have some property/land, and are interested in creating your own tiny home community, they offer some of the best built and certified tiny homes in the country. i am Robert Dean, i DO NOT work for Incredible Tiny Homes, nor am i a representative of the company. i am friends with one of the owners. there are 3 owners, Randy Jones, Amanda Hayes and Tom, sorry i dont know his last name. Randy lives on site in the smallest model they offer called The RJO, which stands for Randy Jones Original, 8’x16′. good luck !!! tiny homes are the wave of the future !!!!!!

  35. @carnivorepappy7787 on February 25, 2025 at 8:19 pm

The footage from the community in Cloudland, GA is actually footage of Mentone, AL.

  36. @frankfromupstateny3796 on February 25, 2025 at 8:21 pm

Every town in America wilk need to adopt ADUa/ Tiny homes as additions to ones property…just like we depend on Opec to take the Petro Dollar…ensring our American lifestyle

  37. @kathyrhambo5294 on February 25, 2025 at 8:22 pm

I would like to suggest a correction the tiny home community you mention being in Spur Texas is actually in Austin Texas, on Decker Lane. Just an FYI

  38. @rosehuebner391 on February 25, 2025 at 8:23 pm

Luxtiny in Arizona, will check it out next spring

  39. @EricGreisdorf on February 25, 2025 at 8:24 pm

The last one that you list as being in Spur Texas is not in Spur. It’s in Austin. Your information is incorrect.

  40. @rosanneallen-hewlett9973 on February 25, 2025 at 8:27 pm

You are naming RV"s and trailers as ‘Tiny Home’. RV parks have been around for years throughout the U.S and Canada. No wonder everyone is confused when we say "tiny home". Whatever do we mean?
‘Airstream’ has always been a Trailer. Please correct.

  41. @carlapappalardo1901 on February 25, 2025 at 8:28 pm

Re Lux Tiny: 45 houses on 6 acres?? 7-8 homes per acre?? Really? And an RV Park in Michigan? That’s not the same at all as a Tiny House Village. And yeah, where’s ITH in Tenn. and Acony Bell in NC?

  42. @sathic609 on February 25, 2025 at 8:29 pm

I’ve heard a lot of hit and miss things about Spur Texas. While there are tiny homes it’s not quite a utopia for someone that doesn’t want to be isolated in the middle of nowhere. Other red flags are people who stopped in at the city hall were met with confusion about it being a tiny home area. A lot of of the tiny home promotion videos are from years ago and the guy promoting those turned out to be a scammer. Some of the footage from Spur in this village was actually from Austin’s Village Homes community.

  43. @lizsnow1674 on February 25, 2025 at 8:30 pm

I’m surprised you left out Acony Bell, in North Carolina..It’s one of the most sought after Tiny Home Villages on the East Coast ..

  44. @thebirdsnest2157 on February 25, 2025 at 8:33 pm

How is this even on the internet. Clearly this group did NOT visit all the tiny house communities available as stated in all these comments. The Bird’s Nest is a community of women empowering women with very affordable pad rent. More research is needed to make BEST OF communities

  45. @mabelw7 on February 25, 2025 at 8:34 pm

how does one become landlord and work with township to monetize and make profit and provide good community to residents

  46. @angeliahorton2989 on February 25, 2025 at 8:36 pm

    Texas

  47. @bettymitchell4349 on February 25, 2025 at 8:36 pm

And 1 day they’ll do them like they’re doing the people that live in mobile homes.
Trailer parks going up so high on the lot rent that the people cannot afford it.

  48. @robertpaetow7812 on February 25, 2025 at 8:39 pm

Can you put a tiny home in a mobile home community?

  49. @thejeffneville on February 25, 2025 at 8:40 pm

I was surprised that you didn’t mention the very well reviewed communities in NC, Colorado, Oregon as well as Randy Jones developments in East TN. Also, I believe the Detroit MI community is directed towards homeless folks… thanks for the info you did provide though!

  50. @VanessaKittredge on February 25, 2025 at 8:43 pm

They always list the San Diego one but it isn’t for full time living. You can rent them air bnb style. There’s no full time there.
