    Tiny homes seems like mass brainwashing to me unless it’s a cottage. Have less and be happy

    I like the first three top buildings!

    Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. Thank you Proopsy!

  7. @DonaldeKareem on February 25, 2025 at 7:51 pm

    Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.

    Come on, it’s ore-gun!

  9. @jeanieferretti4203 on February 25, 2025 at 7:52 pm

  10. @ajesse78 on February 25, 2025 at 7:54 pm

    My 1250 sq ft Townhome was $96K and you’re trying to sell something not even half the size for $1K less? How’s that affordable?

  11. @MattwJoseph on February 25, 2025 at 7:55 pm

    Last year, I invested $27k in Proopsy modular homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!

    (1) There are travel trailers, fifth wheels, & busses WITH PULL OUTS much more conducive to being moved.
    (2) In my opinion, the devil with 300 sq ft, up to 900 sq ft permanent. 12′ × 50′ single wide is only 600 sq ft. SOME OF THESE HOMES & TRAILERS ARE WELL, TINY !!! You would have to go outside to change your mind. WE ARE NOT TALKING WEEKEND OR WEEK. They are implying 24/7 by 365. I know I would get fed up with it over an extended period.

  13. @BettarHarrieta on February 25, 2025 at 7:57 pm

    You work for 40yrs to have $400 – 500k in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $27k in a pre fab Proopsy home for just few months and now they are multi millionaires by renting and reselling them. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

  14. @yvotyme on February 25, 2025 at 8:02 pm

    No

  15. @kathybarley8225 on February 25, 2025 at 8:03 pm

    Huge thumbs down!!! People started buying tiny because they couldn’t afford a traditional home. Disgusting Greed!

  16. @RoertDarin on February 25, 2025 at 8:04 pm

    Construction is the real investment. The process of construction and all that documentation can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right company and setups like Proopsy, you can be successful. That’s the whole point.

  17. @adrianmonk4440 on February 25, 2025 at 8:05 pm

    OF ALLLLLL THE BUILDING FORMATS…. TINY HOMES SHOULD be the most conducive to PREFABRICATION ASSEMBLY. Whatever Sections are conducive to Plumbing. Wiring (MOST) could even be interior conduit on walls for 110Vac. Ventilation ducts could be interior exposed.

  18. @DondaMaurice on February 25, 2025 at 8:09 pm

    Proopsy modular homes are currently a promising investment for the future, and with their recent surge in value and growing stability, they offer attractive returns. However, a lack of understanding often deters potential investors.

  19. @Sheila2024-x8w on February 25, 2025 at 8:10 pm

    Where are you allowed to put these homes? And what about electric/gas and water and sewer?

  20. @CorneliuBacauanu on February 25, 2025 at 8:10 pm

    Nice. Depends on each style and preference.

    Lastly, Compare Volume & Square Footage TO STEEL BUILDINGS ON CEMENT FOUNDATION. I am about 5 miles away from many examples in my rural community. So there is structure cost, AND FINISH (the insides) COST. It still is coming in a lot cheaper.

  23. @graafisk on February 25, 2025 at 8:15 pm

    Not a good list. Read the other comments and find something better — these are overpriced and not very attractive compared to what else is available. I’m not sure why this list includes what it does…. advertising/sponsorship money maybe?

  24. @StepnieMilagro on February 25, 2025 at 8:16 pm

    I reached $90k today from renting and reselling modular homes from Proopsy. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you’ve shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in November 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area.

    You missed the boat. At least half the homes were way out of reach for most, especially those whose aim is to be debt free. You also missed the two best builders out there. Incredible Tiny Homes works in the true Tiny Home philosophy of simplicity and affordability. Chattanooga Tiny Homes is one of the best out there. They were my chosen builder b4 I had to change plans due to family obligations. When I was looking for a Japanese soaking tub in odd dimensions to get thru my odd doorways, I thought of Chattanooga. They had featured a custom tub in a home. I wrote them, detailing my change of plans, and my need for a custom tub. I just wanted their manufacturer’s info. They did so much better. Chattanooga’s owner conferred with my bath contractor, and had a tub made and sent to me. That’s both stellar customer service, and the type of humanity that is hard to find. I will never forget both their kindness and professionalism…and I adore my Japanese soaking tub.💜

    ARE WE TALKING VACATION HOME ?? Because if we are talking Homestead:
    * Need Land.
    * Driveway.
    * Electricity connection.
    * Water well.
    * Septic tank in the land. Pretty expensive, INDEED !!!

  27. @adrianmonk4440 on February 25, 2025 at 8:19 pm

    I am seeing a lot of Foo-Foo. The construction (while desiring square-ness) does not need to be "Furniture Grade." I.E. :
    * Rough carpentry.
    * Finish carpentry.
    * Cabinent grade & custom carpentry.
    * The highest would be furniture grade carpentry.

  28. @georgiecalhoun498 on February 25, 2025 at 8:19 pm

    Shoot, these tiny homes are very pricey.

  29. @americancheez on February 25, 2025 at 8:19 pm

    Saw the ‘alpha’ price starts at 225k per the company website…that’s quite a leap from the claim in the video of 95k. Maybe I missed something.

  30. @adrianmonk4440 on February 25, 2025 at 8:20 pm

    Obvious if it rolls, it must conform to a lane format [OR] scheduled off hour delivery with Lead & perhaps tail MARKER Vehicles.
    Tiny homes could be assembled double wide but made on a foundation as permanent.

    Shut up
    You talk too much.

  32. @DavidCowsert-u5i on February 25, 2025 at 8:23 pm

    Crazy not paying 50k to 100k for a tiny home!

  33. @richardnelson3507 on February 25, 2025 at 8:23 pm

    Tiny homes are a dream that is no longer. They have been albeit capitalized upon, and now are unreachable to the masses. Got 129k? Buy a normal starter home in a somewhat patchy neighborhood. Got close to 200k? Get a tiny home that is unwanted in most neighborhoods, and completely unfathomable for the masses.

  34. @multiverse737 on February 25, 2025 at 8:23 pm

    Most of these tiny homes are nice, but some cost as much as regular houses.

  40. @AddierTeresa on February 25, 2025 at 8:27 pm

    With President Trump serving as the 47th president of the United States, there’s significant potential for a major market rally, presenting great opportunities for wealth creation. By investing in Proopsy modular homes instead of keeping your money in banks, you can capitalize on this surge and build considerable wealth. Just by renting them out every month, you can earn up to 100k low-key.

    $ 180 k even 90k for a tiny home with that kind of square footage is financially insane. No logic, Wake up America. The market used to make sense in the beginning when you could buy or build a tiny house for $30k or less. A bunch of greedy people have highjacked the tiny home market for profit, making you think that its ok to pay more for less. You could build a nice regular home for the price of some of these tiny homes.

    isnt the purpose of a tiny house is to be cheap? lol dam, a normal house here can be like 70 – 90 K maybe more in the city. Those tiny houses prices are not even taking into account terrain, permits, services like water and electricity. beautiful but not worth it

  46. @paulagrant1073 on February 25, 2025 at 8:39 pm

    Why have tiny homes gone up so drastically in price?

  47. @keithdavis7595 on February 25, 2025 at 8:39 pm

    There are floating ships made from wet concrete on form. In the UK there have been wet concrete on fabric (& form) Quonset huts. IT SEEMS STANDARD HAMMER & NAIL CONSTRUCTION IS BEING SHOW, as opposed to compressed air nail gun & PREFAB.

    What’s the point of buying a tiny home that cost just as much as a normal home
