So, the Incredibox is great for a home. You should also consider selling them as RV alternatives, since even new comparablr RVs are nearly the same price, with many more quality issues.

Interesting idea. You may need to provide more in-depth building specification details/ANSI info for your "salespeople" so they can confidently answer customer questions. And reply to state & local zoning board info requests too, if required or requested. (Detailed spec info could be accessible via the unique ID# to help track & answer individual salesperson & customer inquiries & questions.) Also, the sooner you can begin posting buyer’s decor contest photos, the better. Your current decorated model photos are beautiful. And providing even more visualization tools will help a wider variety of buyers tap into a multitude of creative style ideas. From feminine to masculine. (Women seem to comment most about these little homes but it might be worthwhile to tap into male tastes a little bit more. eg hunters & sportsmen; young men just starting out; city professionals looking for a weekend getaway decor challenge; retired elderly gentlemen. Your employees are also a great source for ideas to draw more male buyers, if you think men are an under-tapped market.)

I’m a little disappointed. I had really hoped to be able to get into the Grove. I’ve dreamed of the 12×20 ever since you showed the sketch. But, there’s no way to get financing in order by the end of the month, probably not by end of year either. And I can’t afford to retire now. Will, I’ll pray for the mountain or Buffalo Creek. Or my another lot will open up, or I could rent.

Just had another thought for advertising. I read the comment where someone ask about the magnets for your vehicle. I gave you that idea a couple of months ago. The new idea is, do you know anyone with a Cricut? It’s a personal cutting machine that people who craft use for making decals, signs, stencils. All people interested in advertising for you need to do is use your business name, address, phone number, website and print out on vinyl and attach to back window on their vehicle. I know that people have found kidney donors doing this. If placed on rear window, in my opinion, will be more effective, you always have someone behind you and more time to grab a pic when stopped at lights or in traffic. It can also be removed easily with the razor blade scraper. I think this idea will be cheaper for advertisers than the magnet idea. Just a thought. Good luck!!!!!
Kathy A here. I am excited about this program. Already using your site’s info on this home to obtain literature and pics for my story boards and will be purchasing my slot at our local county fair coming up in early September. Going to have some drawings and give-aways at my booth. Will have laptop playing your vids. Many folks have land and there are farms with B&B’s on them. I will give it my best shot and have ideas about becoming a walking, talking, living billboard. No matter the outcome I am just going to enjoy it. Been retired from nursing going on 9yrs now and bored as heck. Used to do national contracting for self-funding insurance companies while being a Case Management nurse to the employees and been everything from a nursing assit to a director of nursing. I have something to look forward to every day now and can be creative. Thank you, Randy, for offering this opportunity.

Sounds like a good idea. What about adding some digital marketing materials that salespersons can use to market them. Almost no cost to you to do that, just creating a digital brochure that we can add our name and info to. The website is great but even with incentive to the buyer there will still be those who go straight to you. You said so yourself, if someone came to you and offered 19k instead of 20 you would say ok …. Said in a previous video.

With the point system, what is reported to the IRS each year (if sales are made)?
What about the Taxes due on the Incred-I-Box when someone receives theirs after 20 sales?
Is it considered income? It’s not a prize, where the tax is based on the value (like a sales tax). If income, that’s a Huge tax load on $20,000 (Federal, State, Medicare, Social Security, and Self-Employed tax).
Be aware/cautious of others making their own brochures, etc of your product. They could include ANYTHING they want on it including false information or warranties. Maybe you’ve already run that by your attorneys. Best of luck!

Suggestion, this way you are undercutting your already extremely low price by $1000. What about increasing your price to $21,000 and letting your sales reps sell it at $20,000? Sales rep still gets $500 but the buyer saves $1,000 by going through a sales rep and you are only out the $500. And QUESTION – – – Could the point system also be applied to lots?
