I really like this layout. We have property in the Philippines and I think this floorplan could work well for us. Is there a way we can get blueprints, building plans?

  2. @Zomfoo on February 25, 2025 at 7:44 pm

    Soooo…. a trailer home.

  3. @AndrewKendall71 on February 25, 2025 at 7:46 pm

At 6’8" my ability to relate to the space was helped by your height. I love the size and layout.

  4. @Mildly_Amused on February 25, 2025 at 7:46 pm

I think a 14′ wide by 50′ to 55′ long home would be ideal. That little bit extra space would make so much difference for me. Especially the 14′ width.

  5. @m.sandradhee998 on February 25, 2025 at 7:48 pm

I’d do small changes. A pocket door on the first bedroom with the door placed more in the lower corner. That would at least give room for a small sectional honest to god couch And maybe a small chair

  6. @nancygaskin7499 on February 25, 2025 at 7:48 pm

Does this home come in a 32ft length? Is it possible to buy a shell or to customize? Where is it built so delivery costs can be considered? Thanks—a lot I like about this…

  7. @mejustme71 on February 25, 2025 at 7:50 pm

Water tank, not hot water tank.

    Awesome floor plan!!!

  8. @sicks6six on February 25, 2025 at 7:51 pm

walk-in shower/wet-room but no bath, one bedroom and a storage room instead of the second bedroom with an external an internal door so you could keep your motorbike in there walk into it from the kitchen and ride away out the external door, this is designed by a person with a family for a family, and not many families would live in it ! . . it is far more suited to one person or maybe two retired people or a young couple who don’t want kids yet. . . granny-flat, guest mews, Air-B-N-B but definitely not who your trying to sell it to, IMO, feel free to disagree but I’m right as usual, and you know that’s true !

  9. @MamaMudskipper on February 25, 2025 at 7:53 pm

The Wood and White is so beautiful, and so many windows with sills for Plants !!! 🌱😍🌱 Tho I would switch the fridge and pantry, have a folding table on wheels that could be moved beside the fridge, and have a bigger, sectional couch moved over into the corner, to help define the living room area a little more and make it a cozier nook.

I love it I love it I love it …. where are your tiny home models to come view?

  11. @mrs.sherry on February 25, 2025 at 7:56 pm

    Average not tiny

  12. @jodylarson4697 on February 25, 2025 at 7:56 pm

This is just a manufactured/mobile home. A rose by any other name smells as sweet.

  13. @mrk8212 on February 25, 2025 at 7:58 pm

Nice, but I think its still too small for me. I think about 900 – 1000 sq ft is about the smallest practical size. Anything smaller is a commitment to a different lifestyle. Not that that is a bad thing, just not for me. I would end up building another building for my stuff.

  14. @TACSmom on February 25, 2025 at 7:59 pm

Does anyone know the starting cost?

  15. @drewanthonyb on February 25, 2025 at 8:00 pm

So what do you think? Best layout you’ve ever seen? 🤔

  16. @joannstafford8169 on February 25, 2025 at 8:02 pm

Pre popularity tiny homes were very doable now they cost same as stick built or higher

  17. @khtown6505 on February 25, 2025 at 8:03 pm

Absolutely love this layout!!! But I did not see the price, plz include the price!!!!

  18. @CaffieneKitty on February 25, 2025 at 8:04 pm

12 by 44 isn’t technically tiny though, is it? That’s 528 square feet. I’ve lived in smaller 1 bedroom apartments. It’s basically just a single wide mobile home.

  19. @bobbyblenio4571 on February 25, 2025 at 8:05 pm

Who makes it & How Much $ ?

  20. @Noelle0416 on February 25, 2025 at 8:07 pm

Love this layout!!! This would be perfect for me. What is the cost on something like this??

  21. @evancourtney7746 on February 25, 2025 at 8:07 pm

    Isn’t this just a single-wide?

  22. @liia9736 on February 25, 2025 at 8:08 pm

The best layout will be one I can actually afford including land and utilities.

  23. @rayselby3487 on February 25, 2025 at 8:09 pm

Sue here: perfect. Just perfect ❤.

  24. @trishfe on February 25, 2025 at 8:11 pm

No matter how you box a mobile home it’s STILL a MOBILE HOME😔 They STILL need water, sewer.

  25. @LivingLoved007 on February 25, 2025 at 8:11 pm

    🔥

  26. @sayckeone on February 25, 2025 at 8:11 pm

Absurd prices on these homes. $143k? Completely defeats the point of a tiny home.

  27. @bowgibbly1 on February 25, 2025 at 8:12 pm

    Not!!

  28. @joanndaprile9076 on February 25, 2025 at 8:13 pm

Beautiful house! Many nice touches! You must be fairly tall or the ceiling pretty low in spots! Thank you for bringing this tiny to us this!

  29. @cynthia_artistpro on February 25, 2025 at 8:15 pm

Yes!! This whole house is the best!! And you can stand up in every room!! Wow!! What a bathroom too!!

  30. @cynthia_artistpro on February 25, 2025 at 8:15 pm

This kitchen is the best layout I’ve ever seen!!

  31. @luckybearsoap on February 25, 2025 at 8:21 pm

Pantry needs pullouts, so items don’t get lost back there.

  32. @lars_vs on February 25, 2025 at 8:22 pm

I saw the video and thought “allright, convince me.”

But then in the first 10 seconds I learned it was about a meter too wide to qualify as a movable tiny house in Europe. Shame.

  33. @jbtechcon7434 on February 25, 2025 at 8:22 pm

I don’t think you understand what tiny means.

  34. @jpbaley2016 on February 25, 2025 at 8:22 pm

Unfortunately, at 12 ft width, you would need special permits to move the house as it’s definitely oversized and may even require an escort vehicle. It does have a great layout. I’m surprised with a few choices such as an electric water tank instead of tankless water heaters, which require more maintenance but you’re not stuck with a 10 min shower. And the upside down U-table, which maxes out seating to 4 and is uncomfortable to use on 2 sides because of lack of foot room. Tub looks fashionable but I wouldn’t want to try and climb in and out of that thing for my daily shower. I would prefer a large shower stall with a seat as more practical. Fireplace is nice but for the TV, a credenza would provide additional storage.

  35. @gracilism on February 25, 2025 at 8:22 pm

    This model is Canada only.

  36. @debbiereynolds3498 on February 25, 2025 at 8:23 pm

To many windows for such a small home, no door needed in main bedroom

  37. @kaywatson6505 on February 25, 2025 at 8:27 pm

Dammit! Get it right. This is NOT a tiny home.

    Micro Homes
    40-100 sq.ft.

    Tiny Homes
    101-399 sq.ft.

    Small Homes
    400-899 sq.ft.

    Medium Homes
    900-1899 sq.ft.

    Large Homes
    1900-4000 sq.ft.

    Mega…

  38. @denezevezeau7725 on February 25, 2025 at 8:28 pm

id take the bathtub out as me and my best friend need a walk in shower..she has a leg prosthetic so she wears her shower leg..and i hate bathtubs.. my knees wont let me get out of a bathtub..but i do like the rest of the tiny home..

  39. @WanieB on February 25, 2025 at 8:28 pm

Crazy but 1992 we bought a 14×50 mobile home 12500.00.

  40. @Tarot.Destiny on February 25, 2025 at 8:30 pm

I could live comfortably in a big tiny. The towables just aren’t enough room for me unfortunately.

  41. @lilichirillo9769 on February 25, 2025 at 8:32 pm

I love it! Very bright and cheery.

  42. @peggyjean5530 on February 25, 2025 at 8:34 pm

Perfect for a senior. Love this tiny Home.

  43. @TheCSRTech on February 25, 2025 at 8:35 pm

In the south we call that a short single wide.

  44. @91210paige on February 25, 2025 at 8:37 pm

Ok no one asked. HOW MUCH?

  45. @RossMalagarie on February 25, 2025 at 8:37 pm

A few tips with tiny home living
    1) tankless water heater saves room
    2) murphy bed in guest room so the room can be used for other things
    3) outside spaces like decks, screened in porches, outdoor kitchens, fire pits to have more useable space without using your very limited indoor space
    4) tall ceilings to make the small space feel bigger
    5) huge windows for great views, a ton of natural light, and to make the tiny space feel bigger
    6)

  46. @barbaramitch7818 on February 25, 2025 at 8:37 pm

    It’s nice

  47. @vickyclarke-y7y on February 25, 2025 at 8:39 pm

Best I have seen, but would need a walk in shower, no tub. Couldn’t find the price or where this is located.

  48. @janineraby9436 on February 25, 2025 at 8:40 pm

This I could live in 👍

  49. @LJP415 on February 25, 2025 at 8:41 pm

Would you happen to know the ceiling height at highest lowest points?

  50. @NoteFromSELF on February 25, 2025 at 8:41 pm

This is basically a mobile home. The space saving techniques aren’t there like in most tiny homes. This is nothing unique.
