I thought Randy said once, that the boxes would be in the middle because the mailman would go behind them to open them, to put in the mail and the residents would open on the front to retrieve their mail? 🤷♀️
On the Beach sign making some flip flops, a crab 🦀, and a wave out of wood and nailing them to the bottom of the board would look soo cute.

You could use windmill to drive an aerator pump and some chemicals to clear that water up. It could a blue colorm, much clearer and it would support fish and wildlife.
I really like ITH Tiny Town Post Office. 📫 when I lived in an apartment that had this type of mailbox the mail person could open the back with a key that accessed all the boxes and the renter opened the individual boxes from the front. You might check that.
This is the only place I’m looking to move to. Just biding my time. You guys are getting it sorted out beautifully for me! 😊
It is incredibly astounding how other countries do such things but not America 🇺🇸! So glad he did this. I was 34 had fractured my back, 3 surgeries, and 34 years later! Not a day goes bye without pain. But I can walk, I get around stumbling sometimes but hey we deal with what we can. Prayers are with you Randy, thank you Amanda.

I know they miss each other terribly. 😊 The post office is going to be fantastic! Everything looks great! Can’t wait to see everyone’s signs. Will and Becky and whoever helped them did a great job. Looks really nice. The mayor of the beach is also doing a beautiful job! Love the beach sign. Benches, yard games, and bikes sound like really good additions too. Maybe the carpenters can build a covered structure for the bikes, so they’ll last a longer time. The bench by the pond is so sweet. What a wonderful person to do that. Amanda I am excited to see all the trees, bushes, flowers, vines, and artwork, statues, etc. You come up with. Anyone would be proud to call ITH their home. I hope to one day. So glad Randy is doing well. Backache is a horrible problem. The Mayor did very good with the sign and also Myrtle’s husband’s memorial bench. The Post Office is coming along great as well. Tiny Town is looking better and better. Can’t wait to see all the progress made on everything. Also, can’t wait to see what they look like during the Fall and Winter.. I just love what Y’all are doing! I am praying that you have something available when I am able to retire. I’ve got 7 more years. 😂🙏 if you are 100% developed by then I will hope that something pre-owned will be for sale. I can see myself living very happily in one of these beautiful communities!

Amanda needs a sombrero or big brim gardening hat, to protect her delicate skin from the sun! I freckle easy and now after having sun damage all my life, I have had many skin cancer surgeries! Factor 100 sunscreen doesn’t protect 100%! 🧐
